So I have entered my 30's and boy was it a great celebration! There is something to be said about moving away and then coming back to visit your family. It's as if those birthday candles on my cake were being illuminated by the laughter, love and supportive energy of my family & friends around me. If we could have a barbecue every weekend I'd fly home for it! The laughter, the stories, the new little members being held or taking their first steps, the tasty familiar foods, the comforts of home and to top it off a sunset as our backdrop, there is just nothing like it. I am very thankful and look forward to many more memories to come!
